Bunyan Tower, previously known as Delta 2, is a luxury & quality-oriented 22-storey residential building by Delta Properties in Dubai Marina.

The 20 floor development has a built-up area of 25,300 Sq. M, and is comprised of 2 basements with 164 parking capacity, a lower ground floor and Ground plus 20-floors and a mechanical floor.

KEY CHALLENGES

Bunyan Tower had a similar challenge to Sukoon tower in that only one tower crane was installed. This was challenging as strict coordination was required between all the different activities in order to utilize the tower crane in approximately 15 hours daily for shuttering, concreting, building material shifting, installation of precast concrete panels, installation of curtain walls and glazing.
