Our very own Mr. Cian Farah was one of the panel speakers at the Irish Business Network May Breakfast Meeting held at the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel last 25th May 2022.

This business meeting talked about all aspects of the property market in Dubai and what has happened in the past year, and what is expected to happen over the coming six months to 1 year. They also discussed Residential and Commercial Markets in general with some points of the discussion below: Forty-two thousand units are expected to be delivered in 2022.

Average rents have increased by 10.1 percent, with average apartment and villa rents rising by 8.3 percent and 22.8 percent in the past 12 months to January 2022. The market registered 25,972 property transactions in the first quarter of this year, the highest number of quarterly deals since 2010.

Other guest speakers include Mr. Scott Bonds - Country Manager at Property Finder, and Mr. Taimur Khan - Head of Research at CBRE Middle East. The overall session was extremely well-received, and Mr. Cian Farah has been asked to speak again in future events, but this time from a Contractor and Developers' perspective.
