This year’s International Health and Safety at Workday was celebrated on 28th April 2022 on all ECC construction projects and sister companies. Project and General Managers addressed their staff and workforce. They re-emphasized the importance of health and safety measures to improve the work environment, prevent accidents and safeguard all persons while at their respective places of work. The SHOUT! awards were presented after the formalities to reward those who participated in the scheme for their hazard reporting and good performance on health and safety. SHOUT! Awards were handed out for the below categories:
 

• Best SHOUT! by an individual from ECC
• Best SHOUT! by an individual from the Subcontractor company
• Best SHOUT! by an individual from the Labour supplier company
• Most SHOUT!s by a foreman’s team from ECC
• Most SHOUT!s by a foreman’s team from the Subcontractor company
• Most SHOUT! by a foreman’s team from a Labour supplier company
• Lucky draws for those who participated in the SHOUT! scheme
